Stopped in here on my way to the Keys, so glad I did. Was one of the only places open for breakfast along the route and it did not disappoint. What appeared to be an alley leaving nowhere, it opened up to the great view of a food trailer parked in front of a trailer camp. As usual, I was a bit scattered without my coffee and had asked for a coffee con leche which hit the spot and woke me up. Told the owner to make me a nice breakfast and whatever he recommends. He made me a nice sandwich that not only hit the spot but tasted great and I couldn't even finish half of it. The other half I hope to enjoy at lunch time! The area is nice and clean and there is shade and seating available. Some locals who were there said it was very good and recommended some items which I totally forgot... Thank you to the gentleman making the food!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely incredible experience at Rancho Pascual in Key Largo. The ceviche was insanely good — fresh, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with flavor. One of the best I’ve had anywhere. Authentic, vibrant food that keeps you thinking about it long after the last bite. Can’t wait to come back!
Food was amazing ceviche was great and fresh. Order the tostones rellenos with shrimp and also great taste. Definitely must try place if you’re in the area
Fresh ingredients with great imaginative recipes result in a hidden food gem tucked away in a park. Worth the effort to search out this place, we went for the shrimp in a plantain basket , along with coconut shrimp, washed down with fresh fruit light smoothies/ juice drinks. Delicious. If you are staying at the Reefhouse it’s a 2 minute walk.
Rancho Pascual exceeded our expectations! The quaint food truck tucked on the side of a nice waterfront camp site was clean and cheerful. The food was delicious and the portions were huge!! The coconut shrimp was incredible and the tostones rellenos and pollo saltano were some of the best we’ve had. Pascual was the ultimate host and chef. If you are in the area this place is worth the stop!
GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS!!! I can’t stress enough how delicious this food was and how relieved I was that he had gluten free options! He uses GF soy sauce for the fried rice, which was seriously the best I’ve ever had. The ceviche was super fresh and incredibly delicious. I was so happy to have a safe and amazing meal while in Key Largo!
One of the best dish we ever had in our entire travel experience! You might think that its a bit pricy for food truck but its a lot better than most of "actual" restaurants. We couldnt keep the promise that we'd come back for next day because of our 9 months old baby but definitely would go back whenever we have chance! Seafood was super tender and fresh. Our favorite was chicken dish tho
I went to Rancho Pascual with my boyfriend, and honestly, we were blown away. The flavors hit like fireworks — no exaggeration. We ordered the ceviche and the lomo saltado, and both dishes were out of this world. The ceviche was insanely fresh — citrusy, spicy, perfectly balanced — like something you’d get oceanside in Lima. The fish literally melted in your mouth, and the seasoning was spot-on. Then came the lomo saltado, and man, it was next-level. The beef was tender and juicy, the fries soaked up all that savory sauce, and the rice tied everything together like a perfect comfort-food hug. The staff were super friendly, the presentation was on point for a food truck, and the portions were generous. You can tell they cook with pride and passion. If you love authentic Peruvian food or just want to treat yourself to something incredible, Rancho Pascual is the spot. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Miami — hands down.
